This stuff is pretty tasty.
Saw this at Trader Joes and thought I'd give it a try. Certainly doesn't compare to five star cuisine, but pretty good for a quick light lunch, hot snack or part of a more substantial meal.
As with almost all single serving microware dishes, it tends to generate more trash than I'd like: 1 plastic wrapper, 1 plastic bag from the noodles, 1 foil & plastic bag from the sauce, and the waxed cardboard box.

Helicopter tour of Kauaʻi
I finally got some of these sorted out to post. These are from our 'doors-off' helicopter tour. Many of these are impossible to get the scale of from the photos. Heck, it was difficult to get your brain to accept the scale of some of the scenes.
